There are several items in the game which can be acquired and used by Henry. Some can be crafted by him using a recipe. Most items appear in Henry's inventory, but there are also four equipment slots which certain items fit into.

There are three methods in which Henry acquires itesm in the game:
- Gathering items from the map.
- Crafting items using a recipe.
- Being directly given items by another character during dialog.
